New leaves and new flowers
We ’re back today to see more spring heyday in Carla Zambelli Mudry ’s garden in Malvern , Pennsylvania .
Delicate raw leaves on aJapanese maple
This Japanese maple has new foliage that emerge dark and fine like lace .

It ’s insufferable to have too many Nipponese maple unfurling leaves in thespring garden .
hopeful bud of a crabapple(Malussp . ) are quick to pop subject into bloom .
Virginia bluebells(Mertensia virginica , Zones 3–8 ) are bloom , which is such a bang because it has taken many effort to find a spot or two where they care it .

A smudge to sit and enjoy the spring
I am glad to report that the serviceberries(Amelanchiersp . ) I plant are finally grown up enough that they bloomed for the first time . The flowers are small and white and lovely .
Also just starting to bloom are nativeredbuds(Cerciscanadensis , Zones 5–9 ) . The one that is already blossom is a military volunteer , and there are others getting ready to bloom that were volunteers from a devout friend ’s tree diagram that she constitute in memory of her girl .

My last comment is that I have so manyfernsalready that I will be grind them out as I do every class to thin them and give them away to friends .
