In this second video, the raised bed is put together from the pieces we prepared in the first video

Now that you ’ve assemble the materials and tools you ’ll want ( seeBuilding a Raised Bed , Part I ) , you are ready to start building your raised layer .

1 . Cut the   2x10s to length . You ’ll require two boards 48 inches foresightful and two board 51 inches long .   To keep prison term , you may have the ironware entrepot or home base center make out them for you .

2 . Cut the 2×3 ( or 2×4 ) into four mail art object , each   9 inch   long .

3 . Take two mail while , line up them with the outside edge and bottom of the first 48 - in board , and glue them in post . reiterate with the other 48 - inch board . Allow the mucilage to dry completely .

7 . While the boards are place together , mark four screw holes , equally spaced , along the edges of both 51 - in boards . They should adjust with the centre heaviness of the boards they ’re going into . This will be approximately 3/4 in in from the gash edge .

8 . Now , on the same 51 - inch boards , mark the a 2d set of four evenly space holes , aligning them with the centre of the 2×3 wood post ( on the opposite side ) . When you are done , you should have eight holes on each side of the 51 - column inch boards , in two row of four .

9 . hold back the corner of two boards together firmly , screw the 3 - inch screws into the top and bottom away hollow of the circuit card . This way , the two boards are anchor together . Now that you have that , you’re able to set the rest of the nookie .
