As the end of May is approaching , it ’s sentence to say “ Buh - Bye ” to National Beef Month . That certainly does not mean we have to finish the amount of beef we eat on ! And we consume a LOT of it !
As a squawk manufacturer and buff of the delectable and nutritive cerise essence , I will always retain to keep mickle of it in our freezer . We exhaust beef 2 - 3 times per hebdomad at our house . In fact , we are feeding another steer this summer and fall to stumbler and fill again our freezer stash in clip for winter .
As much beef as we wipe out , one would question if we get shopworn of the same formula over and over . Thanks to our Oklahoma relative , we can “ spice ” our steak up a little bit more with Head Country . This Oklahoma native flavoring is similar to Lowry ’s but has quite a different and luscious kick to it .

disperse the Head Country on your thawed , raw steaks to your kernel ’s content . have them on the grill and fix to what you wish . We like an internal temporary of 170 point , or mass medium well done .
