I was a little concerned about how the neighbour would take it when I evidence them I was planning on extending my garden to the front curtilage by removing * pant * part of the lawn . My response would be that I have a young child and a distinguished - daughter that love running across gentle grass kicking balls and spreading out picnic . I do it feeling the Mary Jane between my marginal toes as a Kyd ( still do ) . Call me nostalgic . But to be honest , I do n’t think there ’s anything inherently wrong with having a lawn – supererogatory water or not – if you ’re actually using it .
