An otherwise unserviceable rooftop outer space was reclaim and transformed into a unique and invite urban garden , providing much - needed assembly and entertaining space .

The show historic territory of Irvington in Northeast Portland is the setting for this 1910 craftsman home list on the National Register of Historic Places .
